Privacy and disclaimer
Parkademy is a test version of a parking trainer. Data controller: Dmytro M., hello@parkademy.com. Updated: 2026-10.
What this is
A trainer for working through parking maneuvers and practicing with a car’s real dimensions. It does not replace lessons with a driving instructor and does not guarantee that things will go the same way in real life. In a real car, try first in an empty lot, slowly, looking around you.
What we collect
Anonymous statistics, to understand whether the trainer is useful and where people get confused:
- where you came from (which social media profile), computer or phone, operating system, browser and its language, approximate screen size, whether 3D graphics started;
- country (country only, no city) and whether the request came from a data center (this is how we filter out bots);
- technical reports about game errors: the error text and the place in the code;
- which exercise you opened, whether you started moving, how the attempt ended (score, touches, time, reason), whether you watched a demo, how smoothly the game ran;
- what you clicked: locked exercises, “I want”, “Let me know”, feedback;
- which visit this is, how many days have passed since the first one and on how many different days you came, which attempt this is on this exercise and what the previous result was. These counters are stored only in your browser; only the numbers themselves are sent to the server;
- if you sent yourself a link from your phone to your computer, it contains a one-time random number: this lets us see that the link was opened, but not who you are.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, precise location or IP address (the analytics service does not store it), and we do not set cookies. There is no identifier that could tell you apart from other people between visits: a random number lives only in one browser tab and disappears when you close it.
Statistics first go to our site and from there to the PostHog service (servers in the EU), so PostHog does not see your IP address. The site is hosted on Cloudflare: like any hosting, it sees the IP address in order to deliver the page, and determines the country from it. You can turn statistics off in the trainer’s “Settings”: the “Send anonymous statistics” option.
Feedback and “Let me know”
The feedback form and the “Let me know when it’s out” form run on the Tally service. They receive only what you type yourself, and the feedback form also receives the exercise you came from, your result in it, and your operating system and browser (to understand where exactly the problem occurred). We will use the email from the “Let me know” form only for a single message when the full version is released (the legal basis is your consent in the form itself), and will delete it after that message, or after 12 months if the full version is not released. Tally (EU) only stores the answers for us. You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data — write to hello@parkademy.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (or the data protection authority of your country in the EU).
